It is licensed and registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia and adheres to the regulations as stipulated under the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1981.

Since incorporation, MacReal's focus is on 'unconventional' valuations such as Marine Surveying and Vessel Valuations, Plant & Machinery Valuations, Litigation Support Valuations, Compulsory Land Acquisition Advice and Valuation for Corporate Submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities and/or other authorities.
